The Ointment Manufacturing Plant Bottom Entry Model(BE) is a perfect consolidated system for Ointment/Cream, lotion manufacturing. It consist Wax vessel, Water Phase vessel, Manufacturing Vessel with inline Homogeniser, Storage vessels, Ointment Transfer Pump, Metering Pump, Interconnecting Pump, All the interconnected piping & working platform.
The entire drive to the manufacturing vessl is provided fro the bottom. This makes it the clean top machine. Therefore the hinged top lid can be manually opened for thorough cleaning. Cleaning validation thus becomes easy. That is the reason that Bottom entry model is very useful for multiple product batches. The Manufacturing vessel operates under vacuum eliminating the problem of aeration in the product.
Unique anchor design of agitator along withThe W shaped agitator along with baffles imparts the contra rotary mixing pattern. Floating Teflon scrappers eliminates the risk of charring at vessel walls. inline homogeniser ensures thorough emulsification of both the phases. The material transfer from one vessel to another is done either by vacuum or by transfer pumps thus making the entire process untouched.
The Ointment manufacturing plant is 21 CFR part 11 complied. It is fully equipped with sophisticated Instrumentation & automation. PLC with HMI or Industrial PC is provided along with the machine |
